These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of armeniansforvance.org (the “Site”), operated by Armenians for Vance (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational and organizing platform of a grassroots coalition of Armenian American supporters. Content on the Site reflects our views and is provided for general informational purposes. The Site is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee, and nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you subscribe to communications or submit forms, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that it belongs to you (for example, that a phone number you provide is yours).
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, videos, and the compilation thereof — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (such as fair use).
If you send us messages, stories, photos, or other materials through the Site (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish those Submissions in connection with the coalition’s activities, and you represent that you have the right to share them. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights. We may remove or decline to use any Submission at our discretion.

Any donation or contribution features on the Site are provided for convenience. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms. If contribution functionality is enabled, applicable federal and state campaign finance rules will apply, and required contributor information may be collected at that time.
By subscribing, you agree to receive email and, if you opt in with your phone number, text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in each message and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party services (for example, YouTube, social networks, payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMENIANS FOR VANCE AND ITS VOLUNTEERS, OFFICERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armenians for Vance and its volunteers and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your Submissions, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county/state], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
